The train arrival-departure indicator consists of a 555 timer in a stable mode. The timer actuates a decade counter after inversion through an inverter and the output of the decade counter goes to a decoder. The decoder output after inversion drives a transistor which in turn drives LEDs indicating the menu of the train.
