Abstract
The paper describes the design of a function generator 13; providing triangle, sine and square wave output voltages whose13; frequency can be controlled by an input voltage. The basic13; unit is a triangle and square wave generator working on the13; closed loop principle. A phase shifter gives an additional13; triangular output at 90xB0;, and a function generator shapes the13; triangular waves to sine. The frequency range is from 1 Hz13; to 1- KHz with waveform distortion in the sine waves less than13; 1%.
