Abstract
A statistical analyser, designed for analysis of noise13; signals from the point of view of assessing noise pollution, has13; been developed in the laboratory. This paper details the13; operating principles, and design essentials of the instrument,13; which computes from running data the distribution of noise levels in ldb intervals from 30db(A) to 90db(A). Also it is explained how this data can be used to derive histograms, cumulative distributions, L values, Noise pollution level etc.
