Abstract
A system for the measurement of absolute thermoelectric power (TEP)of metallic and semiconductingsamples down to 400K has been designed and fabricated. Performance of this system is demonstrated by the data on the superconducting transition in the high Tc superconductor YBa2Cu3O7.
