Abstract

An automatically operated quick opening and closing valve installedat the critical location in the tunnel circuit is an essential component of the hypersonic tunnel. The primary function of the valve is isolate the air mass flow to the shut off rapidly and test section; Fig.3 valve Q3. a blow off valve by rapidly the atmosphere; Fig. 3 valve In some instances it may act as opening the pressurized area to Q2 and Q4.
