Abstract
The literature on the existing wind tunnel techniques and their associated scaling laws for studying the carriage and separation properties of, externally mounted aircraft stores is reviewed and summarised in this report. A short and partially annotated bibliography is given at the end which it is hoped will be useful for starting work in both the theoretical and experimental aspects of this problem.
