Abstract

Data graphics are used either as quantitative graph to read13; values or as qualitative graph to present a comparative relationship.A well conceived graphical representation will convey data and facts to an average individual more rapidly and effectively than a verbal, written or tabulated description. It is due to the sheer fact that a visual impression is easily comprehended and requires less13; mental effort than would be necessary to ascertain the facts from complex tables and reports. There have been diverse kinds of graphs and charts developed to present scientific technical and stattistical information. The use of illustrations or photographs with charts adds interest and impact to an otherwise dim presentations of charting statistics.
