Abstract
This report primarily deals with programming of Intel's Programmable Interrupt Controller (PIC) 8259A.13; Some examples have been given to illustrate the various aspects of programming 8259A.13; The final objective towards which the present effort is directed is to use 8259A for synchronisation of processors which will really be a HARDWARE implementation of Synchronisation program, currently handled via Software13; in Flosolver.
