A study has been conducted on the development of an13; aerodynamics code for subsonic, linear, potential flow13; conditions in three dimensions which could be adapted to13; aerodynamic configurations. A low order formulation using13; constant doublet distribution obtained from quadrilateral13; vortices placed on the edges of panelled surfaces has been13; used to represent the aerodynamic surfaces. In addition to13; the perturbations from the quadrilateral vortices, a constant strength vortex sheet is spread over the surface of the panel adding to the tangential velocity as a consequence of discontinuity across the vortex sheet. Neumann boundary condition is imposed at the control point of the panels to determine the unknown circulations. Subsequently, computations are made to obtain pressure distribution, forces and moments. This report describes the theoretical aspects and coding procedure in developing the code.
