    Abstract

    A brief account of application aspects of parameter estimation techniques to a modern FBW (flyby-wire) aircraft is presented. The techniques have been earlier applied and validated for several transport and fighter aircraft as well as for rotorcraft to obtain stability and control derivatives from real flight data. In this paper, flight data analysis of a FBW aircraft has been performed and some interesting results presented.
