Abstract
This is an interim report outlining the progress of the mechanical and electronics hardware for the mousche project for the period January to November 2003.Several concepts and schemes for the mechanism for deploying the mousche were examined and the 3 -gear relay arrangement has been chosen, primarily to save the power. The state-of-the-art electronics for this mechanism is being proposed. This report details some of the issue involved in the mechanical design. fabrication and in the electronics.
