The aircraft met with an accident on December 24, 2007. The control linkage and the bolt recovered from the wreckage were forwarded to the laboratory for investigation. From the evidences, it appears most probable that the bolt at the fork end of the lever connecting the tail plane link had come out in air, resulting in loss of control of the aircraft leading to the accident. A detailed analysis is presented in this report
