Abstract
Using the standard compact tension specimen (Fig.1), Parhizgar et a1 (1,2) have studied the interlaminar fracture Behaviour of unidirectional glass/epoxy composite laminates. A rigorous fracture analysis of these tests was the objective of this investigation. In this paper, a short summary of the fracture analysis followed by a discussion of the results obtained is given.
