Abstract

The objective of the present work is to test the commercially of the shelf tapered roller bearing for probable use in LCA Naval version. The test involves geometrical parameter measurement, radial run-out measurement, wobble measurement, profile measurement, surface roughness measurement, dimensional stability test, static load capacity tests and endurance testing as per Joint Service Specifications and specified test schedules. The test result details have been included in this document.
