    Abstract

    Molybdenum di silicide is added to SiC in 10,20 and 30 wt% and all the composites are prepared through powder metallurgy route. The samples are supplied by VSSC, Trivandrum for evaluating the flexural properties at room temperature and high temperatures such as 1300, 1400 and 1500 oC. The samples are tested using INSTRON 5582 model that is available with NAL, Bangalore. All the experiments are carried out with precision. The data generated and sent to VSSC, Trivandrum.
