Abstract

Saras, the first India-made civil aircraft, took to the skies. In its maiden 25-minute test flight, the aircraft x2014; 70 per cent of which is built with indigenous components x2014; defined much more than a huge business possibility for Indiax2019;s aviation manufacturers.
