Abstract
TEP measurements were done 011 amorphous conducting carbon films obtained by pyrolysis of PTCDA. The measurements were made in the temperature range 100 to 300quot;C,at three different pressures (5,lO and 20 kbar). It was observed that the TEP gradually changes from negative to positive values, crossing zero at about 225xB0;C. This shows that the relative concentration of holes over that of electrons increases with temperature, holes predominating after about 225OC.
