Abstract
Results of non-isothermal crystallisation studies performed at various heating rates an nine glass compositions of the As-Sb-Se system with compositions represented by compositions of the As-Sb-Se system with composition represented by (AS, Sb)40Se60 and Asx Sb15 Se85-x are presented.Composition dependence of Tp Tc - Tg AH and E are discussed.13; The crystallization data are examined using an analysis developed for non-isothermal crystallization. Bulk nucleation with two and three dimensional and (AS, Sb) Se13; 40 60 growth are indicated respectively for the AsxSb15Se85-x glasses. The activation energy for crystal growth obtained by these experiments and analysis agree with the electron microscopy data.13; 13;
