Abstract
The details of an instrumentation system developed for the measurement of lift and drag for helicopter models is presented due to the necessity of having to make measurements on the rotating shaft,inductive pick-up is used. the transduced signals are amplified, averaged and converted to FM signals, suitable for driving the inductive pick-up the energisation required for the rotating transmitter is obtained by induction principle.the transmitter with suitable changes and carefully planned layout circuit can handle 4 channel data and transmit them by FM/FM techniques.
