    Abstract

    Computer programs on Ferranti Siriua computer have been developed using different numerical techniques to obtain the indented body radii for swept wing body combinations in accordance with transonic area rule. The progress can deal with any wing body combination as long as the leading and trailing edges are straight and the body is axisymmetric
