Abstract
The year 1995-96 was an extremely successful year for NAL. The year has seen significant contributions from NAL towards the aerospace sector. Many technologies have been developed and successfully applied and marketed. Major inputs to national aerospace programmes like LCA (Fm amp; Rudder, Wing, and other sophisticated systems), Launch Vehicle Programmes (Aerodynamic and Structural Testing and Analysis) and13; Missile Programme (air intake studies, combustion, aerodynamics and structural analysis) have contributed substantially to the success of these programmes. Spin-off and related technologies like surface Coatings and bearings have also been successfully developed and transfered. tmamp;emd. All these have resulted in a large degree of technological, strategic, HRD and societal benefits to the Indian Society in general and aerospace sector in particular.
