Abstract
ISAM refers to Indexed Sequential Access Mode. Under this13; records can be created/accussed modified, based on any particular data field called index key. This facility is not available as a built-in procedure in C language.13; 13; This highly useful feature is implemented in C as an enhancement keeping in mind the users who need this facility.
