    Abstract

    In this report, we recommend an engineering error analysis procedure based on a simple conceptual framework which offers quantitative error esitmates for the behaviour of the various forms of the 6-noded single element in flexure and a qualitative picture of the performance of the 20-noded element as compared to the 8-noded element.
