A finite volume algorithm is presented for prediction of turbulent flow around radome structure through numerical solution of the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations. Based on the pressure-velocity solution strategy, the algorithm employs nonorthogonal body-fitted grids, collocated variable arrangement coupled to the low-diffusive upwind schemes for convective flux discretization, and the eddy-viscosity based standard k-epsilon turbulence model for simulation of the turbulence effects. Computation for typical applications shows that most of the gross features of the radome aerodynamics are captured by the present prediction procedure.
