Abstract
This memo presents the features and details of a CMOS Integrated circuit based PCM telemetry system. The system was developed to be used in the flight experiments being conducted by the Division. The emphasis was on developing a system which consumes less power as the flight package on13; the aircraft has to be powered with a rechargeable battery.
