Abstract
This report presents application of the ASKA Finite Element System and associated pre-and post-processors FEMGEN amp; FEMVIEW to the structural analysis of a light Canard Research Aircraft (LCRA). Finite element modelling of composites and sandwich construction with composite facings and the use of substructuring technique are the highlights of this study. Representative numerical results are presented as, graphs and tables.
