Abstract
A Round-Robin exercise was initiated in the area of13; Aeronautical Pat1gue am Fracture, within the framework of the Indo-Soviet Long Term Agreement (ILTP) on Cooperation in Science and Technology. It present involves five Indian am Soviet research institutions. This document briefly describes the background and scope of the proposed work and details work to be carried out in Task 1 of the exercise.
