Abstract
Systems Engineering Division has participated in the development of a X -Ray filament current regulator for 13; X - Ray Difractometer of the Material Science Division. The current regulator keeps the plate current constant against the variation in the filament supply voltage and the Plate supply voltage by controlling the filament R.M.S. current. Details of the circuit are presented here.
