Abstract
This document describes the details of a simple two PC/XT parallel computer system . Both the PC/XT's have their full-fledged MSDOS operating systems resident and they are connected through I/0 ports . The entire application program in Fortran. Majority of the system software can be routines are in assembler routines called through rortran. The main objective of the effort is to develop a simple data exchange protocol between the two computers suitable for use as a low cost parallel processing software development platform
