Abstract
A proposal for the realisation of a parallel processing13; quot;Flow Solverquot; at NAL is outlined. This discusses the13; availability of various infrastrctural facilities and other resources like manpower, system software development features etc., at NAL. In view of these a practica architecture based on distributed processing has been suggested including suitable plan of action.13;
