Abstract
In this paper we describe the results of extensive analysis of flight test data of a modified transport aircraft to evaluate its handling qualities and flight simulation model. The results have been generated using modern techniques of parameter estimation Applied to dynamic maneu v ers of the aircraft. The role of simulation model validation has been highlighted.
