Abstract
This is a preliminary report prepared on the efforts put in/results obtained so far on the indigenisation of composite materials for use in the FRP-Aircrafts. It also hightlights the status of procurement of charecterisation equipment needed for the materials charecterisation studies. Results show the possibility of Rosin and fibres being located from indeginous sources and their charecterisation and approval viseversa the imported materials.
