Abstract
This document deals with an algorithm for generating13; Ideal Handling Quality Models for the Longitudinal Axes13; of modern high performance aircraft when a flight 13; condition is specified. The technique solves a set of13; non-linear equations which express the performance13; requirements in terms of the unknown equivalent aircraft13; stability and control derivatives of the ideal models.13; The software package is developed using PC- MATLAB13; and the ideal HQ models- are analysed using the HQ13; package already developed. The designer can directly13; incorporate the ideal HQ models as reference models13; for his feedback synthesis.13;
