Abstract
VAYU CHAKRA meaning wind turbine in Sanskrit, is a Wind13; Turbine Animation Software . Given the geometry of a single13; blade such as the section shapes , twist distribution etc . VAYU CHAKRA first constructs the single blade first and then duplicates this blade twice so as to construct a 3-blade wind turbine . It then incorporates the hub , the tower and lastly the guiding vane . VAYU CHAKRA, written in quot;Cquot; language, uses the graphics library mounted an the IRIS-4D graphic work station.13; 13; The animation includes the rotational and the yawing13; motions of the turbine ; the random yawing motion adding13; realism to the animation .
