    Abstract

    Dense compacts of Mo-1 5Si3C,1 have been prepared by reactive hot pressing of a mixture of elemental powders of Mo, Si and C.Synthesis temperatures and soaking times have been optimized for obtaining pure MoMO-1 5Si3C,1.
