Abstract
The project is aimed at developing a deposition technique that not only retains the advantages of electroplating but also produces materials with magnetic properties required for MEMS. Nanosize hard magnetic particles will be prepared and characterized. The particles will be incorporated into Cu and Ni metal matrices. The magnetic properties of the resulting composites will be investigated.
