Abstract
This is the design report for the transonic buffet testing of the PSLV models. 1/40th scaled models are to be tested in the Mach Number range 0.6 - 1.2 to determine the usteady stress levels due to buffeting. It is expected that the tests will provide useful information about buffeting response of the PSLV in the transonic range.
