Abstract
This proposal on the design and development of an advanced Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) has been prepared with a view to present it to the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) of CSIR and get a formal approval . The final proposal is expected to be placed before the Governing Body of CSIR towards the end of September 1990 . The proposal highlights the requirements, the specifications, the definition, advanced technologies and the economics of Speration of such an aircraft . The proposal also contains the necessary CSIR proforma duly filled in . Summaries of the NAL-Air Taxi Operators meet and NAL-Industry Meet held recently are included in the proposal for the information of the members.
