    Abstract

    The report describes the work done on Design of Stability Augmentation Systems for modern aircraft using Vector Optimisation T.echniques Parameter Space Mapping and Robust Output Observer theory have been used to determine the initial values for the controller parameters prior to optimisation . Typical results are also presented to substantiate the design procedure.
