Abstract
This report presents wind speed data collected on a ridge line around Talacauvery (origin of river Cauvery) located on Kodagu district. The data collection was initiated during last week of Decemberl976. Four data loggers are installed over a span of 2-3kms. The data loggers collect wind speed and direction information at ten and twenty meters height. In this report data for the period July-September 1987 has been reported.
