Abstract
This report highlights the quality check carried out on the Radome panels. There are total number of 66 sandwich panels of both pentagonal & hexagonal type. The radome panels were subjected to stringent dimensional checks at every stage to ensure the dimensions are within the tolerance limits. Further these panels were tested for Non Destructive type of testing using Mitsui Wood Pecker Model WP-632. The extent of bonding quality between foam and skin is determined by the uniformity of the instrument readings.
